New Delhi: The chairman of India's top lender State Bank of India said on Tuesday the Reserve Bank could further tighten monetary policy if March inflation was uncomfortable, and that liquidity in the system was surplus.
"It depends on the next inflation number," O.P. Bhatt said, when asked if the RBI could tighten its policy in April.
